Hello All, we’ve been getting lots of annoying cancellations and no-shows recently, so as much as we’d rather not, we’re going to have to impose some new rules….
CANCELLATION FEES
Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give at least 24 hours notice that you will not be able to make your appointment.
‘No shows’ will be required to prepay for the next service to secure future bookings. Repeat ‘no shows’ will have to be paid in advance permanently.
It won’t affect 99% of you lovely people, but please be aware….Thank you.
